Louisa County (Va.) Deed, 1809 Apr. 14, between Robert Duncan and Rebecca Duncan, of the one part, and Lancelotte Minor and Samuel Crew of the other part, conveying two tracts of land in Louisa and Hanover counties.

Louisa County was named for Louisa, a daughter of George II. It was formed from Hanover County in 1742.
