Ledger, 1891, of Snodgrass Brother, a general store, that records the individual accounts of customers. Each account lists transactions in chronological order, items purchased, form of payment, amount owed, and amount paid. Items sold include dry-goods, quinine, cider, fruit, spices, meat, oysters, and farm implements. Some entries contain the general term "Merchandise." Forms of payments include cash, credit, labor, and barter of items such as hog, oxen, and bacon.
