Biographical / historical:

The history of the Old Dominion Chrysanthemum Society was written by its Chairman, Joan Seeger, in 1994.

On March 19, 1960, a small group of Northern Virginia gardeners, members of the Falls Church Garden Club and interested in Chrysanthemum culture, met and organized as a branch of Potomac Chrysanthemum Society.
