Arrangement:

Series II - A consecutive index of repair and alteration permits issued 1930-1960.

Series III - Other Lists - Consecutive indexes of: sign, certificate of occupancy, smoke regulation, elevator, and boiler permits 1935-1960 (date varies by category).

Series IV - Partial reports 1942-1959 and monthly totals 1937-1959, photocopies, crumbling originals discarded.
