This collection contains a contract dated 1889 between Lexington, Va.'s Mountain City Masonic Lodge No. 67 and Washington and Lee University's Kappa Alpha fraternity to rent the lodge's banquet hall in the Tutwiler Building for a period of nine months. The contract is signed by W. Z. Johnstone and J. T. Wilson.The collection also contains an undated booklet titled "Bylaws of Mountain City Lodge, No. 67."
