The Greenwood Library Archives and Special Collections serve as the repository for the Farmville Prince Edward County Historical Society and the Moton Museum.

The recordings cover a variety of University, departmental, and student events, raw footage from promotional videos and Longwood productions, such as the Longwood Show, materials related to the Rotunda fire in 2001, speeches, meetings, student life and other events on campus.
