Gaskill, assistant consulting engineer, on accidents, fires, and explosions at the mines of the Consolidation Coal Company and other companies, 1886-1926; and newspaper clippings concerning Consolidation's operations around Fairmont, West Virginia.

There are: copies of theatre programs, 1917-1919; electoral tickets, 1860, 1864; a proclamation by George B. McClellan, commanding the Department of the Ohio, 1861; and an open letter, "Monongahela River Bridge Underwriting Syndicate Managers," concerning the construction of the million-dollar bridge in Fairmont. Includes a Marion County petition for a court of limited jurisdiction, undated; a petition from Jackson County about the establishment of school districts, undated; a photograph of six types of paper money, 1852-1914; and a newspaper column by E. E. Meredith about Nathan Goff, 1951. Broadsides are titled "To the Voters of Marion County," 28 January 1861; "On the Internal Improvement Policy of the State, and the debt, resources, revenue and expenditures of the Commonwealth of Virginia," 8 May 1855; and "Programme of the Fairmont Sabbath Schools, July 4th 1864".

Genealogy research material of Georgia Catharine Price (1867-1954, born in Monongalia County, West Virginia), granddaughter of West Virginia legislator William Price (1803-1881), and Earl L. Core. Includes typescript and original correspondence, genealogies, facsimiles of legal documents, and other material, mostly relating to the genealogy of various families, including Core, Haught, Price, and Tennant. Prominent locations include Greene County and Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, and Monongalia County and Marion County, West Virginia. Minutes, membership lists, church covenants and declarations of faith of the Hebron Baptist Church located in rural Marion County. There is also a church history composed by Mrs. Dores Urich, the wife of a recent church pastor, that recounts the terms of service of its ministers, church membership growth, change of church location and building improvements from a log cabin to its present modernized structure.
