Papers, publications, photos and memorabilia of glassworker, labor official and organizer, Glen W. McCabe. McCabe was an energetic union officer in the AFL affiliated Window Glass Cutters League of America and intermittently in the United Glass & Ceramic Workers of North America of the CIO. There are correspondence, speeches, publications and pamphlets which present a history of the American labor movement in the glass industry, biographical details about McCabe, industry work rules and wage rates for glass workers and other information pertaining to pensions, production figures and company dividends. Correspondents include not only Glen McCabe but also Henry Baughman, O. B. Cline and H. H. Rebrook.
