Includes agendas, brochures, calendars, clippings, correspondence, information packets, invitations, license plates, lists, logos, maps, memorandums, menus, minutes, notes, photographs, proceedings, schedules, and other documents detailing conferences and special projects during the administration of Governor Wilder, along with the previous administrations of Governor Robb and Governor Baliles. Conferences and Special Projects cover drugs, education, foreign trade, health care, physical fitness, rural development, state involvement in Desert Shield/Desert Storm, commissioning of the USS George Washington, as well as other topics.

Scrapbook, 1990-1992, compiled by the Governor's Office, includes copies of news articles about or by Governor Lawrence Douglas Wilder and selected excerpts of remarks made by the Governor. Included are articles from several magazines and newspapers including the Atlanta Journal, Baltimore Jewish Times, Boston Globe, Financial World, Newsweek, New York Times, Reader's Digest, Time magazine, U.S. News and World Report, Virginia Business, and the Wall Street Journal, among others. The Scrapbook includes about fifty articles.
