Abstract Or Scope
The records of a printers local of the International Typographical Union working at the H. C. Ogden owned newspapers of the Parkersburg Sentinel and the Parkersburg News. Included are executive board minutes, correspondence, contracts, apprentice, membership and financial records. There are also copies of the International Typographical Union Bulletin. Covered are topics of grievances, arbitrations, negotiations, union policy, jurisdiction disputes and changes in technology, particularly computerization.
