Correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and other working papers materials created or sponsored by the Office of the Secretary of Commerce and Trade and the Office of the Secretary of Agriculture and Forestry, 2000-2006. This collection consists of 14 series of records documenting the activities of the Office of the Secretary of Commerce and the Office of the Secretary of Agriculture and Forestry, as well as the agencies and boards that fall under their control. The agencies represented in this collection were transferred from the control of the Office of the Secretary of Commerce and Trade to the Office of the Secretary of Agriculture and Forestry following Robert S. Bloxom's appointment to the position of Secretary of Agriculture in December 2004. Files created or sponsored by the Office of the Secretary of Commerce and Trade and relating to the transferred agencies were transferred to the Office of the Secretary of Agriculture and Forestry.
