Diary, 1914, of Pearl A. Warner, a sixteen-year-old teenage girl from Moravia, Cayuga County, New York (State), where she lived with her parents, older sister and younger brother. In daily entries of varying length, Pearl talks about daily activities, events in school and in town, family, neighbors and friends. Daybook of a grocer in the small town of Red Oak, Virginia. This daybook contains a list of daily goods sold, cost amounts, and to whom goods were sold. The daybook contains 292 pages, all of which contain handwritten entries, and measures 15 inches x 7 inches x 1 inch. This daybook contains page number notations that refer to a second ledger (likely to an account ledger which showed money owed by specific individuals), but the location of this second ledger is currently unknown.

Rent was collected from Harmony Lodge No.4, Arbeiter Kranken Unterstuetzungs Verein, Sued Baltimore Kranken Unterstuetzungs Verein, Teutonia Hain No. 13, Window Glass Blowers' Union No. 300, Knights of Labor Liberty Assembly No. 2075, Rescue Council No. 1, Butler Club of South Baltimore, American League of Prohibition, Chas. Kuehnelt, Jos. Treiting, Chas. Fisher, Mrs. Rollman and a school.

Artificial collection of correspondence; 1935, 1939-1945; primarily of soldiers serving in the US Armed Forces during World War II, but also a few letters written by American civilians living in the USA during this period and one folder with 33 letters from various German soldiers to Marie Luise Matsko of Wiesbaden, Hesse, Germany (written in German). Collected by Tom Sunkiskis, this two-box collection contains correspondence from a variety of authors serving in all branches of the US military excluding the Coast Guard. Correspondence has been sorted by author and/or recipient and a brief description of the correspondence dialogue is provided. Some letters contain photographs.

Includes photos of Okinawa, Nagasaki, Naha, Ominato, Tokyo, Nagasaki, Sasebo, Fukuoka, Kagoshima, Matsuyama, Kure, Hiroshima, and Kyota. While some photos are more of a sightseeing nature, many depict American service men and army camps, Japanese prisoners of war, and destroyed cities, including Hiroshima and Nagasaki after the atomic bombing. All pages and and most photos have brief handwritten descriptions.
