This issue contains an article about Richmond Copwatch's use of the Freedom of Information Act to obtain copies of the Richmond Police Department's (RPD) protocols, an article about the occupation of Monroe Park, updates on Richmond Anarchist Black Cross, Food Not Bombs, Copwatch, and the lending library, and lists of upcoming events.
