One blue clipboard that was made by Tyler Hudgins, the newest initiate of the Kappa Pi Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. in Fall 2008. Mr. Hudgins made the clipboard for his Neophyte Showing.The back of the clipboard reads "Sign Up", with the Greek letter for Sigma translated as the S, in white lettering. The blue and the writing on the back side are a gesture towards another fraternity. It is 9inx12in and is in good condition. Gift of Tyler Hudgins.

One wooden shield shaped like a crest that was created by Tyler Hudgins for his Neophyte Showing during the Fall 2008 semester. The shield is made of wood and spray painted black and gold. In the middle of the shield is 1975 (the date the chapter was founded at Williamand Mary), "Kappa Pi", Alpha Phi Alpha in Greek letters, and a triangle with a 1 in the middle of it. At the top are 7 jewels representing the 7 founders of the fraternity, the 8 stars on the left represented the 8 solos that crossed into Kappa Pi, and the 8 stars on the right are the charter members of the Kappa Pi chapter. At the bottom of the shield is the date 1906, the founding of the national organization. The back of the shield contains a black strap used as a handle. It measures 19.25in x 12in and is in good condition. Gift of Tyler Hudgins.

Size Large with regular inseam, made in China by Rothco, Ultra Force B.D.U. Pants inseam measures 32in. and waist measures 36in. Overall length measures 43.25in. Circa 2008. Camo pants worn by members while they were pledges in tribute to earlier members of the national OPP who helped desegregate the U.S. military. Pink t-Shirt with World War II era Rosie the Riveter-style woman worker on the front under the caption "Celebrating 90 Years of Women!" Back of shirt reads "Meet and Greet Luncheon and Panel Discussion April 6, 2008 11am-3pm Wren Courtyard." One green and black watch with nylon wristband. The watch features a digital dial which gives the time and day of the week, an LED backlight, and a compass stitched directly into the dark green woven nylon wristband . The watch is water resistant up to 50 meters. Watch measures 11.25in.(length) x 1.875in.(width). Watch worn by OPP pledge Justin Reid, Class of 2009, because being on time is very important for the pledges. circa 2008. A silver Drum Major mace that belonged to Jim Anthony, class of 1952, who was a drum major in the William and Mary band as a student. After graduation he became part of the Alumni band. The mace has a long silver handle and a sphere at the top. The mace measures approximately 31in. and is in good condition. The sphere of the mace has many dents and scratches, evidence considerable wear and tear. Transferred upon receipt from the Jim Anthony Papers (Mss. 2011.700, Acc. 2013.200).
