The basketball is 1.5in. in diameter, and the ribbon is 5in. long. The basketball is in good shape with some chips in the paint, but the ribbon is in poor condition showing tears and fading. One bronze medal, 3.25in. in diameter, commemorating the 300th anniversary of the founding of Harvard University. One side bears the Harvard seal. The other reads "1636-1936 Out of smalle beginnings greater things have been prodused by his hand that made all things of nothing and gives being to all things that are." One ink drawing of the Sunken Garden with the Wren Building in the background on the campus of the College of William and Mary. It is inscribed on the bottom right-hand side of the drawing "To Dr. John Stewart Bryan, Vernon Howe Bailey, 1936." Mr. Bailey was an American Artist who specialized in drawing city streets, buildings, and landscapes. Approximately 14.25in. x 12.75 in. It is in fair condition. Located in Art S4, Box 2, Folder 1.
