Society of the Descendants of Peter Franscisco (SDPF) consists of the papers of Edith Francisco Buckley as corresponding secretary and as president of the SDPF; papers relating to the general operation of the SDPF; SDPF newsletters; SDPF news releases; papers regarding ownership and restoration of Locust Grove, Peter Francisco's Buckingham County, Virginia, home; and papers regarding the SDPF's annual wreath-laying ceremonies and fall picnic/luncheons.

Portuguese American organizations, etc., 1975-2012, contains papers regarding various Portuguese American organizations' honoring of Peter Francisco as a Portuguese American patriot and their honoring of Edith Francisco Buckley and SDPF. Papers also include information on Edith Francisco Buckley's trip to Terceira Island, as well as Portuguese language newspapers. Papers consist of addresses, checks, clippings, correspondence, emails, faxes, itineraries, newsletters, newspapers, programs, and other papers. The newspapers are Do Heroismo Angra Boletim Municipal, Luso Americano, and Portuguese Times. Also includes the magazine Verdelho.

Clippings, 1935-2012, of articles concerning the life and military service of Peter Francisco, including clippings from Portuguese language newspapers. Articles discuss Francisco's arrival in Virginia as a young boy, his military service including his heroics at the battle of Guilford Court House and at Ben Ward's tavern in Nottoway County, Virginia, his life after the Revolution, and his family descendants. Also clippings on the restoration of Locust Grove and the activities of the SDPF.

Genealogy contains genealogical research on the Peter Francisco family and allied families such as the Brooke and Anderson families.
