This collection (18 items) consists of material dating from John M. Lillard's service as a United States Navy pilot stationed in the Persian Gulf area, including:

  • Tactical pilotage and jet navigation charts that Lillard used during Operation Desert Storm and Operation Desert Shield in 1991
  • Joint Overhead Graphic of Lebanon (1983) used during operations in support of the Multinational Peacekeeping Force occupation of Beirut International Airport
  • Photographs of United States Navy F-14s and the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72)
  • A letter detailing Lillard's experience during the Persian Gulf War
  • A program from a memorial service held aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt for three men killed in action in February 1991
