The Student Assembly Records span the years 1926 to 2018, with the bulk of the material dating from 1960 to 2018. The collection includes agendas and minutes, constitutions and by-laws, bills, administrative and committee files, clippings, photographs, budget and financial reports, press releases, and correspondence. The Student Assembly Records also contain papers from various deans of student affairs as well as deans of the faculty of arts and sciences. Agendas and Minutes from the Student Activities Council, the Student Association Council, the Executive Council, the Senate, Interhall, and the Board of Student Affairs are also present in the collection. Topics represented in the collection include student life and activities, affirmative action, enrollment, and college government.

This collection includes correspondence, research journals, travel journals, publications, slides, artifacts and other material pertaining to Dr. Theodore R. Reinhart's research and teaching career in the Department of Anthropology at the College of William and Mary and his participation in the Council of Virginia Archaeologists (COVA) and the Department of Historical Resources (DHR).

Thomas W. Miller collection contains 3,600 LP's (60 boxes), 11,000 programs (70 boxes) 3,000 posters, 17 autograph albums and several artifacts from the Broadamoor Cooperative Apts. located on 3601 Connecticut Avenue. NW, Washington, DC 20008-2450.

The Trippin' on Brix records contains programs and posters including 2 show posters from Trippin on Brix Comedy Trope: "The Nightmare Before Brixmas" and "She Trip my Brick till I Improvise."

Artificial collections of papers, mainly 1830-1880 and 1941-1946, concerning the United States military but excluding Civil War materials. Collection includes return, 1782, of J. Pannill's Brigade, Williamsburg, Va.; printed regulations, 1814, for the uniform of U.S. Light Dragoons; pay voucher, 1833, for Philip St. George Cocke; papers, 1836-1848, concerning service of M.M. Payne; general order no. 94, and pencil sketch concerning the Mexican War; printed general orders for 1869, 1871, and 1877-1879; and posters concerning World War II.

This is an artificial collection of posters acquired by the University Archives. It consists predominantly of advertisements for events organized by departments and students at the College of William and Mary including concerts, plays, musicals, recitals, exhibits, athletic events, rallies, lectures, etc.
