The collection consists of files pertaining to events sponsored by CHALFA (Charlottesville/Albemarle Foundation for the Encouragement of the Arts) (1979-2005; cubic foot) and include clippings, articles about Bill Weedon and Marion Nolan, invitations, guest lists, publicity, financial papers, programs, newsletters, ticket stubs, and posters. The collection also contains original charcoal sketches of Marion Nolan and Bill Weedon and "Notes on Marion Nolan and CHALFA," a speech given to the Contemporary Club, January 13, 2005, by Stanton Nolan.

Acc. 1982.007: Statistical Profile of Incoming Freshmen, 1976-1977. This accession includes the high school class rank, SAT scores, and achievement scores for every matriculating William and Mary freshman in September, 1976. Also included are statistical measurements of language proficiency and a list of students from this class who declared a foreign language concentration. Students are not identified. The Omicron Delta Kappa (ODK) collection documents the history of the organization from 1921-1997. The bulk of the material consists of correspondence from 1955 to 1971 related to the annual meetings of the General Council of ODK, election and initiation of new Eta Circle members, purchases of books and ODK keys, various financial records, banquet and Tap Service programs, and several newspaper clippings. The collection also contains several copies of the annual national publication The Circle from 1925- 1933.

This collection includes correspondence, lists of articles, reports, and book reviews published in the William and Mary Quarterly about the Omohundro Institute of Early American History and Culture at the College of William and Mary.

This collection includes newsletters, minutes, membership rosters, correspondence, fliers, photographs, and other materials relating to the College of William and Mary Alumni Association interest group the Order of the White Jacket and its student group. Much of the material in box 1 is from the student group for the Order of the White Jacket. The collection also includes a member's white jacket, resolutions from the Society of the Alumni and Governor Douglas Wilder marking the group's 20th anniversary in 1992, and a sliver platter engraved with the names of the order's Charter Members.
