Abstract Or Scope

This collection consists of four signed letters to Tucker, one from each Theordore Roosevelt during his time as president, Alfred E. Smith during his time as Govenor of New York, William Jennings Bryan during his first run for President, and Grover Cleveland during his time as president. Roosevelt appoints Tucker to be a representative to the September 1904 Universal Congress of Lawyers and Jurists to be held in St. Louis, Missouri. Smith thanks Tucker for his letter about a section of the Constitution. Bryan thanks Tucker for his kind words and commendation.
