Abstract Or Scope
The Mon Valley Tri-State Network (MVTSN), established in 1984, is an umbrella group of economic development specialists based in Morgantown, West Virginia, that coordinates the efforts of individual organizations involved with the economic revitalization along the Monongahela River Valley. Records of the MVTSN, including project and funding proposals, committee and board of directors' materials, symposia and conference proceedings, financial and legal materials, and membership materials from 1984 to 1995, document the early operations of the organization and its interests in transportation and water policy.
