The collection of Lewis Littlepage Holladay Letters, dated 1858-1961, contains numerous pieces of correspondence from a multitude of senders, nearly all of which are addressed directly to Dr. Holladay. Also included is a short letter from Anthony "Tony" M. DeMuth to Dr. Graves Thompson that provides information on the acquisition of the collection, as well as an exercise folio wherein Dr. Holladay recorded history and notes on the Hampden-Sydney class of 1890. Not included in this collection are outgoing letters from Dr. Holladay.
