Collection contains papers belonging to Timothy J. Sullivan. Materials include those from the Board of Education, Sullivan's memorandum from the governor's office, and material from Sullivan's participation in the Governor's Task Force on Substance Abuse and Sexual Assault.

The Toalson Family papers consist primarily of correspondence, papers, and ephemera relating to the lives of Glen Francis Toalson, Sr. and Glen Edward Toalson during the 20th century. Series 1 consists of Glen E. Toalson's correspondence with his aunt, Ora Reynolds, regarding his grandmother's health (1933-1942) and Glen F. Toalson Sr.'s correspondence with, primarily, his parents and Jessie Lewis Dark during his military service in World War II (1941-1945), as well as his correspondence with various people regarding his return to the Philippines (1985-1986). Series 2 consists of subject files containing the history of the Toalson family and transcriptions compiled by Jeff Toalson, newspapers, the military records and ephemera of Glen F. Toalson, Sr., and the ephemera and 1915 photo journal Glen E. Toalson. The materials provide insight into life in Missouri for young men during the first half of the 20th century, United States military service and operations in the Pacific region during World War II, and late 20th century veterans' accounts of living on a US military base in Philippines. Additionally, some materials provide insight into search and rescue efforts following the 1936 tornado in Gainesville, GA.

Scrapbook material from the Williamsburg Chapter of the United Daughters of the Confederacy (UDC) consisting of newspaper clippings on the Civil War, veterans still living, battle reenactments, correspondence, yearbooks, programs, and other. Also included are papers concerning Confederate monuments in Williamsburg, as well as dealing with the Cross of Honor. One copy of "A History of the United Daughters of the Confederacy" is included.

This collection contains correspondence, publications, newsletters, reports, and other material pertaining to the Office of University Communications at the College of William and Mary. The bulk of the records consist of press releases and newspaper clippings related to faculty, staff, students, and alumni at the College from the 1940s to the 1980s. Genealogical material on the Vaiden family starting with Henry Micajah Vaiden (b. 1824) of Brunswick County, Va. who married Adelia Laverne Rose (1825-1903) in 1846 and including papers relating to the membership of Penelope Bryan Vaiden in the Daughters of the American Revolution, photographs, and receipts and account books. Includes Henry M. Vaiden's journal of horse pedigrees, crop records and accounts and a book of recipes. 49 items.

This collections contains office files from the Vice President for Student Affairs at the College of William and Mary from 1972 to the present. The records include correspondence to various offices and departments on campus, annual reports and committee records, planning documents for the Convocation and Commencement ceremonies at the College, and information regarding various student organizations on campus. Papers of Doctor Vincent T. DeVita, former director of the National Cancer Institute and chief of surgical oncology at Sloan-Kettering Memorial Medical Center concerning aspects of National Cancer Institute's activities, programs, and agenda. Includes congressional testimony, minutes of meetings, correspondence relating to committees and associations, articles by Dr. DeVita, memoranda, and speeches. Also included are histories of various programs at NCI, correspondence about cancer treatments, cancer newsletters, AIDS newsletter, Physicians Data Query, and videotapes of news programs and correspondence relating to Dr. C. G. Zubrod's tenure at NCI. There is some material on NCI participation in AIDS research. DeVita did research on lymphoma (Hodgkin's Disease, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, and Burkitt's lymphoma), pneumocystis carinii pneumonia, aspergillosis, ovarian carcinoma, and breast carcinoma.

Papers of the Vinyard Family who lived near Vinton, Virginia in Roanoke County. The collection is primarily composed of the business papers (ledgers, bills, receipts, legal papers, accounts and printed material) of N. J. Vinyard, Walter H. Vinyard, and Walter D. Vinyard, Sr. who farmed near Vinton, Virginia. The collection also includes papers of Fannie Persinger, James Thomas Wood and S. H. Wood. The Vinyard family lived near Vinton, Virginia (Roanoke County) and engaged in farming and milk delivery. The three generations covered by the collection are N. J. Vinyard, Walter H. Vinyard (1875-1940), and Walter D. Vinyard, Sr., an alumnus of the College of William and Mary.

The Virginia Association for Adult and Continuing Education (VAACE) records includes administrative records (including meeting minutes, committee documents, reports, member lists, and presidents' files), correspondence (including letters, emails, and memoranda), outreach and education materials (including conference schedules, newsletters, information and fact sheets, results of studies, and other reports), and some photographs.
