Business and family papers of the Bozarth family.

Collection contains correspondence from 1942-1984 of Prof. Brian W. Blouet regarding the biography he wrote "Halford MacKinder: A Biography" (College Station: Texas A & M University Press, 1987). Includes research papers, such as photocopied correspondence of H. MacKinder from the Hamilton Fish Armstrong Papers at Princeton University Library. Also includes 6 photographs relating to MacKinder. The collection also includes a draft of the ninth edition of The Story of Malta.

Papers of the Broome family of Richmond, Virginia. Includes 2 diaries of Louise B. Taliaferro from a 1924 European trip and one diary of an unknown woman from a 1924 European trip. Includes photographs, genealogical material, legal and business papers and correspondence, including letters of Talbot Broome during voyages to South America.

This collection contains 16 letters written by Bruce Hildebrand, a Lieutenant in the 541st Military Intelligence Detachment,11th Armored Cavalry during the Vietnam War. The letters are addressed to his parents in Dayton, Ohio and were written between 1969 and 1970. Topics covered include his day-to-day activities, sports back home, descriptions of combat, and the mood of the officers.

Letters, 1968-1972, of the Brzezicki family of Quakerstown, Pennsylvania, including 71 of Daniel Brzezicki's letters home during his time in the Marine Corps (1968-1970). Daniel's letters begin with his training at Parris Island, South Carolina starting in May 1968, and continue through his service. He spent most of his service years at Camp Pendleton, California, and then, beginning roughly in March of 1969, at an I-Corps ammo dump approximately 10 miles north of Da Nang in Vietnam. The collection also contains six letters from Daniel's brother Michael in the Navy (1970-1972), six letters from their sister Katie B. Place in Lawton, Oklahoma, (1968-1969), 75 condolence cards from various people to the Brzezicki family upon Daniel's death in 1972, and miscellaneous items.

Chiefly business correspondence and receipts, 1890-1920, of members of the Bucktrout and Braithwaite families of Williamsburg, Va. Among the correspondents are Hypolite Repiton, R. W. Bucktrout, D. Braithwaite, Richard M. Bucktrout and James Braithwaite.

Acc. 1984.064 contains capital outlay requests from 1954 to 1978 prepared for the state government; they include the justification for each project, the amount of money needed, the amount available for other funds, and the amount being requested from the state.

The collection contains materials related to Dr. Carl A. Fehr's career as a music professor as well as his direction of William and Mary's choral program, The Common Glory, the Founders summer pageants and the Williamsburg Baptist Church choir. In addition to his reflections on choral direction and discipline, the collection includes extensive materials on Dr. Fehr's professional management of the College's choral program, a series of published choral programs, a collection of choral music, his teaching notes and curricula, correspondence, professional awards and memberships, as well as his dissertation and other academic credentials. The choral program is also extensively represented in Choir and Chorus communications, activities, group photographs, scrapbooks and publicity during the years of Dr. Fehr's directorship. In addition to the regular academic year choral program, the Choir's annual spring tours, special guest appearances and national broadcast performances are documented in correspondence, news clippings, photographs, scrapbooks, and audio recordings. The audio recordings were reformatted from their original reel-to-reel audiotape and LP formats and CDs are available for purchase.
