This collection includes several publications, including the football handbook, yearbook, and media guides, as well as game programs. It also includes general files.

This collection consists of an "extract" from the faculty minutes of the College of William & Mary, granting a master's degree in 1866 to Frank H. Alfriend. The extract includes a green, embossed Temple seal used by the College at that time and was signed by William and Mary President Benjamin Ewell and Professor and Acting Secretary of the Faculty Thomas P. McCandlish. Also in the collection is a 41-page address titled "Alexander Hamilton: An address by Frank H. Alfriend before the Philomathean Society of William & Mary College Williamsburg VA July 4th, 1859."

Papers, 1840-1863, of Doctor George C. Tyler, Accomack County, Va. Includes two letters, 1860, from his cousin George] B. Fosque writing about student life at the College of William and Mary; and accounts, 1840-1863, of Doctor George C. Tyler.

A promise signed and dated between William & Mary students, George W. Lindsay and Samuel W. Murphy on November 25, 1857. The promise reads as follows: "We, the undersigned, do solemly promise never to marry without the others consent. Nothing but death shall dissolve this promise."

The collection includes Cooke's student scrapbook from the College of William and Mary (black and orange felt cover). a college notebook related to biology, diplomas, yearbooks, correspondence, photographs of various Arbor Day events across southern states, a 1923 William & Mary class photograph, publications written by Cooke, and ephemera (membership cards, voter card).

February 22, 1904 letter written by Wright to Henry Dearborn "Student at Law" in Washington. He describes not taking the time to write his parents as he's been engaged in amusements such as dancing parties. He describes the local girls as "very free, easy and interesting in their manners but few of them are even tolerably handsome." Wright names several local women, including Jane Russell, Sally Carter, and a Miss Cary. He states he is boarding with a Mrs. Maupin and that he has gotten acquainted with several other students. He continues, "There is not much mischief as yet taken place here, but I believe they are about getting in the notion of it." He mentions the church [likely Bruton Parish] windows and tombstones being shattered. Wright also joined Bishop James Madison's senior class on Adam Smith's The Wealth of Nation because the law course was "nearly exhausted."

Included in the scrapbook are photographs, newspaper clippings, class schedules, report cards, dining hall passes, letters, dance cards, ticket stubs, announcements of events on the campus and various additional ephemera related to Doyle's time on campus.

The collection contains artifacts including an Orange employee hat from Doumar's Cones & Barbecue resturant and a menu from Charlie's Cafe, both located in Norfolk, VA. The hat was worn by James Marino (class of 2013) during his 2010 employment at Doumar's as part of an Order of the White Jacket scholarship.
