The volume also contains fragmentary notes, in the front covers and on two loose papers, pertaining to county court business. Included is a list of witnesses called for a grand jury. The memorandum book is a pocket memo book with handwritten notes and accounts, 1868-1874, and printed advertisements for commercial medicines marketed by R.V. Pierce, M.D., of Buffalo, New York.
