A green metal loose-leaf, three ring binder that has "WILLIAM AND MARY" stamped across the front. The interior of the binder is also green. On the interior right side there is a silver logo that reads "THE ELBE LINE/ TO DUPLICATE ORDER/NO. 74238/ MADE IN U.S.A." in silver letters. The binder measures approximately 9.75in. (length) x 11.5in. (width) and is in poor condition. The front of the binder has suffered severe discoloration and is now brown with only approximately 2.5in. of green spots above the "WILLIAM AND MARY." The back of the binder is green with some brown discoloration creeping in along the edges. There is also approximately 0.5in. of white stain on the left side of the back of the binder. The edge of the back of the binder near the fold show signs of wear and tear. The edges of the binder also show signs of wear and tear along with discoloration. The interior left side of the binder shows brown discoloration on the left edge. The right interior of the binder has a white residue as well as brown discoloration on the right side. the middle of the interior of the binder, where the three rings are, show wear and tear as well as grooves where the three rings have been. the bottom and top of the three rings (where one flips open the three rings) has rust-colored stains.
