Black vinyl backed nylon portfolio with top handles made by Tru-Touch in the USA. Front printed in gold with image of US Capitol building and Olympic Rings logo, and with "United States Olympic Committee, House of Delegates Meeting, Washington, D.C., April 29 – 30, 1988." Rear imprinted with relief of United States Olympic Committee emblem. Portfolio measures 13.625 in. (length) x 20 in. (width).
