Edmonds III, counsel for the Virginia Bankers Association, in which Edmonds rendered legal opinions on interest rate statutes which Bateman then passed on to law firm of Jones, Blechman, Woltz, Kelly, and of correspondence with Attorney General Andrew Miller.
