Digital photograph, titled "House closing," taken by Jason Betzner on April 28, 2020 (Williamsburg, Virginia). Betzner: "My family had been searching for a new home since January. We closed on the purchase of our house on April 28th. At the Title company, we had to wear masks and sign all of the papers in the car. It was stressful but we did it!"
