Two blank survey bond forms with space to note name of surveyor, name of county, sum of bond and date. Lower half of form includes the appointment note with a space for signatures.

Includes a note that states that this form was used after 1783, when William & Mary no longer appointed Surveyors (County Courts did) but still received 1/6 of the fees.
