Series 2, sub-ser. 30 (a new category): "Andersen" (2024), a one-act play, concept, book and lyrics by Claudia Stevens, music by Allen Shearer, commissioned by Charlottesville High School Theatre (Director, David Becker), with premiere in Black Box Theatre, Oct. 23, 2024 and subsequent performance at Virginia Theater Association Convention, Richmond, VA, Oct. 25, 2024. Submission includes several versions of the script (including alternative ending, additional characters, notes for Director); synopses and several descriptions of the play for promotional purposes and media; poster. program, piano-vocal score by composer Allen Shearer.
