Booklet of short play entitled: The College of William and Mary becomes a University, Dec. 7, 1779: The meeting of the BOV when the college was changed into a university and when the honor system and the elective system were established. Booklet and typed manuscripts transferred from College Papers folder 206. Episode in the Virginia Historical Pageant presented at Richmond May 27, 1922.
