This series contains some of the Virginia Law Chapter's administrative records. These may include meeting agendas and minutes, procedural documents, and other materials that document operations, planning, and decision-making in the organization.

Acquisition information:
Officers of the UVA chapter of BLSA donated and transferred the items in this series to the University of Virginia Law Library at various times noted in other parts of this finding aid.

The administrative records are arranged into sub-series by the date BLSA transferred them to the Arthur J. Morris Law Library.
