Scope and content:

A group of German men peer through a hole in the Berlin Wall. Two signs appear; one that reads "Velkom to East Berlin," and another that reads "Incoming Only." A man holding a bag and a suitcase attempts to leave East Berlin through the hole, but it stopped by an armed guard.
