Scope and content:

Transcription: [double-headed eagle] Article No. RH-5416/28 Parasol handle of lapis lazuli and gold in hexagonal form. Narrow strips of gold connecting with the collar, pointed alternately with diamonds and gold relief pattern in diamond effect. Finished with a flat end of gold, the handle is suitable for use as a seal. It is contained in its original case of green hand-tooled leather.
