November, 1945 #2891 Lapis-Lazuli combination seal and letter-opener. The handle is a long, bulbous-shaped piece of Lapis-Lazuli, beautifully curved in symmetrical pattern with a gold, hand-chased, ferrule. The blade and the seal, which are interchangeable, are of silver-gilt. MRS. JOHN L. PRATT
