Physical description:
A small purple horse figurine made from glazed ceramic. The mane, tail, and hooves are painted black. The figure stands on four feet and turns its slightly raised head to the right. 36. Papillon. A lutin or fairy, condemned to wear the form of a horse for three hundred years, who, in the legends concerning Charlemagne, befriended Ogier the Dane and conveyed him to Avalon.
