Stereoscopic view of Clark Mills' equestrian statue of George Washington at the battle of Princeton located in the center of Washington Circle, Washington, D. C. The statue was authorized by Congress and was unveiled on February 22, 1860. Mounted on yellow board. The reverse of the card includes a printed caption describing the inspiration for the sculpture. Photographed and published by Bell Bro., 319 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, D. C. Entered according to an Act of Congress, A. D. 1869, in the District Court of the District of Columbia.
