The photographer's stamp on the reverse reads: M. B. Brady Co. National Photographic Portrait Galleries No. 352 Pennsylvania Av. Washington, D. C. New York. The reverse of the card bears a 2 cent, Blue Proprietary (R13) revenue stamp.
