BW-441/A - Prince Desta Damtew of Ethiopia, Charles C. Wall, Army and Navy officers, a black civilian, and a Marine guard in front of the Mansion at Mount Vernon. Damtew was the son-in-law of Ethiopian Emperor Haile Selassie; BW-441/B - Prince Desta Damtew of Ethiopia, Charles C. Wall, Army and Navy officers, and several civilians arriving at the wharf.
