- Glass negative (right frame) of stereoscopic view of pathway in the upper garden, c. 1870. A sign encourages visitors, 'Do not break the flower and shrubs.' At the end of the path a gentleman sits on the steps to the garden house. Possibly by Alexander Gardner, 1866-1875. Remnants of tape are visible along the edges of the glass.
