- Glass negative (right frame) of stereoscopic view of the south lane from the Mansion circle looking south towards the stable. Possibly by Alexander Gardner, 1866-1875. The view shows an African American man sitting on stump next to a hitching post. A white male leans against a tree next to the 'Butler's House' (Circle Storehouse). The south lane gate can be seen in the distance. Remnants of tape are visible along the edges of the glass.
