Stereoscopic view of the east front of the Mount Vernon Mansion, c. 1873. The balustrade and south porch have been removed for repairs. Greenery adorns the pediment above the central doorway and is hung between the two columns directly adjacent to the entrance. Mounted on yellow board. Handwritten on the reverse reads: 'Mt. Vernon House, May 22nd. 1871'
