Physical description:
Cabinet card of the Washington bedchamber with a view of the bedstead, sidechairs and tables. Ceiling to floor windows allow view onto the south porch. Label on the reverse reads: Washington's Room, Mount Vernon Mansion. Showing the Bedstead on which he died, December 14, 1799. A blue ink stamp on the reverse reads: Copyright 1880 by the Mount Vernon Association. The bottom left corner has been creased and cracked the cardboard mount.
