Nearby are other members of the visiting party. According the Mount Vernon Minutes the Association received a letter from the Prime Minister Kishi thanking Mr. Wall (Mount Vernon Resident Director) for his solicitude and mentioning his visit to President Washington's home as one the highlights of his recent trip to Washington.
