Black and white photographic print of Prime Minister U Nu of Burma placing a wreath next to Washington's tomb at Mount Vernon. During his visit, Nu signed the guest book and wrote the following inscription: "Washington is a great name to us. During the days of our struggle for freedom, it was one of the few great names from which we drew out inspiration. When, sometimes, we were down hearted it was this very great name which kindled fresh hopes in our minds. Therefore, my feelings of joy in visiting this place where the great American leader had lived and worked for the freedom of the American people can better be imagined than described."
