This is a scene of George Washington (played by Clarence Whitehill), Alexander Hamilton (played by Alexander J. Herbert), James Madison (played by Kenneth Daigneau), Pierre L'Enfant and one other unidentified character gathered on the piazza discussing the location of the nation's capital.
