Seated, left to right, Miss Jane Riggs, a vice-regent of the District of Columbia for the Mount Vernon Ladies' Association; Miss Margaret Wilson, daughter of the President; Baron Moncheur, head of the Belgian mission; Secretary of State Robert Lansing; Boris Bakhmetieff, new Russian ambassador and head of the mission; Mrs. Josephus Daniels and Secretary Daniels.
