No final decree in case yet, but will be at next court--sends last payments--will collect balance after harvest and send--mentions cousin Mary [a note in pencil identifies her as Miss Mary Peter, sister of Mrs. G.C. Washington]. Name on original manuscript appears as "Bush. C. Washington." Autograph letter signed, integral cover, docketed, postmarked "Chs. Town June 13."
